Returns

Customers are responsible for returning the eligible item/items to us in original condition. We will provide address and procedure for returning the item.

Return shipping charges are to be borne by Customers.

 

Item Received in Damaged Condition / Manufacturing Defect / Wrong Item Delivered:

Each product is quality checked, verified and then shipped to the customers but we understand that manual errors can happen and hence we exchange or refund payment for the returned product.

If you have received damaged product or the wrong item, please email us at sales@smysly.in with your order number within 7 Days of delivery. 

You will need to send back the product to us. Customers are responsible for return shipping charges.

As soon as we receive the returned product, we will check the returned product and start the process of either sending replacement item to you or Refund your Payment as applicable.

Do not like the Product / Product not as per the picture shown:

We understand that in some cases you may not like the product which you have received or you feel that the product is different from what was shown. There might be several reasons for that. However we do have a flat 7 Day exchange/return policy. 

Please email us at sales@smysly.in with order number and reason for return.

We will get back to you with Return Shipping instructions along with proper return address for returning the products within 24-48 hours.

As soon as we receive the returned product, we will check the returned product and start the process of either sending replacement item to you or Refund your Payment as applicable.
